2. Orders, Payment, and Shipping



  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons such as stock unavailability or payment issues.
  • Payment must be completed at checkout.
  • Lash trays are shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • If an order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled.

  • Our products are intended for cosmetic use only.
  • We are not liable for misuse, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from improper use.
